Remote Senior Manager Learning& Development needs 3-5 Years experience in HR and/or Learning & Organizational Development
Senior Manager Learning& Development requires:
Bachelors degree Required
Project Management Certifications, a plus
Change Management certification, a plus
PI certification, a plus
Experience working in a shared services environment a plus.
Experience in the selection and administration of assessment tools and in providing feedback on individual or group assessment data preferred.
Experience working with an LMS and authoring tools is a plus.
Excellent relationship building and teamwork skills.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment

Senior Manager Learning& Development duties:
Acts as a learning advisor with internal clients, taking a consultative approach to understanding business needs and designing and delivering effective, innovative, and high-quality learning programs that deliver measurable results
Work independently with management, with attention to details and deadlines.
Responsible for leading functional projects; may lead small-scale cross-functional projects or mid/large scale cross-functional projects with direction from a senior member of Talent Strategy & Development team
Performs typical project management duties for various development initiatives (Professional; Leadership; Organizational; Talent Management), including determining project goals and scope, project implementation, communication, measurement and follow up
